Welcome to Ons Keuken. By using our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. User Content & Copyright

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload recipes, photos, and any other content to Ons Keuken. By uploading content, you confirm that you own it or have obtained the necessary permissions to use it.

Ons Keuken does not claim ownership of your content. However, Ons Keuken is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from content you upload. If we receive a valid takedown notice, we may remove the content without prior notification.

2. AI-Generated Content

Ons Keuken uses artificial intelligence to parse, extract, and suggest recipe data. AI-generated output — including nutritional estimates, allergen information, and recipe instructions — is provided for convenience only and may be inaccurate.

You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated content, especially regarding food safety, allergens, and dietary requirements. Ons Keuken is not liable for any harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated data.

3. Service Subject to Change

Ons Keuken reserves the right to modify, update, add, or discontinue any features of the service at any time, including features available to Ons Keuken Premium subscribers. A subscription to Ons Keuken Premium entitles you to the service as it exists at any given time, not to a specific set of features or functionality.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so.

4. Subscriptions

Ons Keuken Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. Billing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store), depending on your device.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store or Play Store settings on your device.
Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
If your subscription expires or is cancelled, your account reverts to Ons Keuken Free.

5. Promo Codes

Promo codes may be offered for marketing campaigns or partnerships. Promo codes are:

Non-transferable after redemption
Subject to availability and usage limits
Potentially time-limited
Revocable if used fraudulently or in violation of these terms

Ons Keuken reserves the right to modify or discontinue promo code programs at any time.

6. Account Termination

Ons Keuken may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ons Keuken is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of content, or availability of features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ons Keuken shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of Ons Keuken is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR), you have the right to request a copy of your personal data. Contact us at ons-keuken@je-be.be.

You may not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract, scrape, or bulk-download data from the service.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
